In this recipe, we’ll be making delicious fluffy sorghum pancake. You can top them with honey, maple syrup or any kind of fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- Sorghum Flour: The first ingredient is sorghum flour.
- Milk: Any kind of milk you like or any plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.
- Sugar: One tablespoon of sugar is enough to give a mild sweetness.
- Egg: Eggs give pancake more flavor. But you can skip the eggs if you want.
- Butter: 1 tsp of butter to make the pancake more flavorful and tastier.
- Baking Powder: It will make the pancake fluffier.
- Banana: It can be a great alternative of sugar.
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp vanilla extract will give your pancake a soft and extra flavor.
- Oil: 1 tsp of olive oil.
- Salt: 1/4 tsp of salt.
Instruction
- First, prepare the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl , whisk together sorghum flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Then mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, banana and mix it very well.
- Then put the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients . Then mix it really well.
- After that batter is ready rest it for 30 mins. If that batter is too thick then add little bit of milk. If you are in hurry then start cooking straight away.
- Now take a Non-stick Pan and put the flame on medium heat and grease it with butter or oil. Then pour the small amount of batter in the pan and then cover it for 1 or 2 mins until bubbles form on the surface . Then flip it to another side and wait until it’s get the color of golden brown.
- Lastly Serve and Enjoy! Slide the pancake from pan to your serving plate and serve it with your favorite toppings. A drizzle of maple syrup or honey will be great. You can enjoy it with your morning tea ,coffee, or orange juice.
